Our logistic department organizes the safest, fastest and most cost effective transport of precast moulds and complete plants to your building site.

Regardless the mode of transport chosen (road, sea, air), APS always finds a solution adapted to your project.
Our precast plants are shipped in pieces and are then assembled by APS' teams on site in the building the customer provided.
With the assistance of the customer's technicians, the APS' assembly team will manage the complete installation of the carrousel: mounting rails, fitting of work stations (concreting cabin, curing chamber, demoulding, evacuation line, storage handling, ...).
APS' specialists install the entire electric and automatic system with all the electrical and hydraulical connections and their control panels. Assistance of the customer's technicians during assembly is appreciated and presents an undisputable advantage. Indeed, your technicians will be able to manage the carrousel as they will be perfectly prepared by our assembly team.
The perfect technical mastering of moulds, precast factories and the appropriate handling equipment is a significant component for the contractor. The production of concrete pieces according to the state-of-the-art technologies, by respecting the construction schedule of the building site, is also based on qualified staff carrying out various operations.
After the assembly on site, our team remains at the side of the customer for all necessary staff training. During launching phase of the installation of prefabrication facilities, we ensure that the operators will be familiar with the different functionalities of moulds and carrousel in order to achieve an utmost autonomous mastery of the equipment.
In order to provide our customers around the world with all the needed support during the whole production stage of their project, our Customer Service team stays constantly attentive from the installation stage until the end of the project.

Most of our mould and factory deliveries include a standard pack of spare parts according to the purchased equipment.
These standard parts are available immediately and can be dispatched by express transport depending on size within a very short time.
Some other spare parts may take more delivery time but are usually included in our material recommendations and our supplies for a starting stock of a project.
