We already announced that APS won a contract to design and produce an automated Accropode II plant in Aberdeen. The 8m³ and 12m³ units production began in June 2018 and should be completed by 2020. Recently, the plant casted the first 16m³ armour unit, it’s a world premiere yet again for APS, since never in the past, an element of this size has been casted in an automated plant.
The Aberdeen harbor is an essential project for the region, which should create thousands of jobs and generate more than 2 billion pounds a year.
